Previous Updates The Winslow Files have been converted to PDF format, and now include ALL of the picture files that were removed from the old versions due to previous web space limitations. It is a very responsible thing to translate the Holy Scriptures from their original languages, Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek, into modern speech. This entire work is being done with a sense of solemn responsibility and humility and we feel sure that the result will prove to be to the benefit of all who desire to understand God’s Word with clarity through this easy-to-read Bible. The New Millennium Translation in Modern English will be unique in a number of ways. First, traditional (and often misleading) old English words have been replaced with a modern and in most cases, a more accurate equivalent translation of the Hebrew and Greek Text. Also particular attention has been paid to the wording to ensure that the correct thought content of the original is preserved. We feel that this will possibly be the most accurate translation for almost two thousand years. All the old mistakes which have been carried through even in recent modern translations have been eliminated and words which have been used as a substitute for the originals have been corrected. Due to requests from the public for hard copies of a Bible which may be easily understood while at the same time consulted for reference or study, Squires Publishing is already in the process of producing a paperback edition of this work.
